All subscriptions and receipts shall be accounted for in accordance with the Constitution and Bye-laws and shall be subject to audit and scrutiny as prescribed by the Association.
Democratic Governance
The website and membership portal shall support the democratic functioning of the Association and facilitate communication between the Council, Branches, Units and members.
Grievance Redressal
Any grievance relating to membership, subscriptions, privacy, records or website administration may be submitted to the General Secretary.
Website Availability
GSISOA shall make reasonable efforts to maintain uninterrupted website services but does not guarantee continuous availability.
Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
The courts at Kolkata, West Bengal shall have jurisdiction in matters arising from this Policy.
Saving Clause
Nothing contained in this Policy shall override:
- Constitution and Bye-laws of GSISOA;
- Decisions of the General Body;
- Decisions of the Council;
- Applicable Government of India instructions.
In case of conflict, the Constitution and Bye-laws shall prevail.
