Eligibility
Eligibility for membership shall be governed exclusively by the Constitution and Bye-laws of GSISOA and applicable decisions of competent authorities.
Registration through the website shall not automatically confer membership.
Membership becomes effective only after verification and approval.
Accuracy of Information
Users shall provide complete, accurate and current information.
False or misleading information may result in rejection, suspension or termination of membership.
Permitted Use
Users shall not:
- Attempt unauthorized access;
- Interfere with website operations;
- Upload malicious software;
- Misrepresent identity;
- Use the portal for commercial or political activities;
- Violate applicable laws.
Non-Political and Non-Commercial Character
GSISOA is a non-political and non-profit Service Association.
The website shall not be used for:
- Political campaigns;
- Commercial advertising;
- Business promotion;
- Private fundraising;
- Activities inconsistent with the Constitution and Bye-laws.
Membership Portal
The portal is established for:
- Membership registration;
- Membership renewal;
- Maintenance of records;
- Subscription collection;
- Member communication;
- Dissemination of Association information.
Payment Gateway
Online payments may be processed through UCO Bank or any other authorized banking/payment gateway system approved by GSISOA.
GSISOA does not store:
- Credit card numbers;
- Debit card numbers;
- CVV details;
- UPI PINs;
- Internet banking passwords.
Intellectual Property
All logos, publications, circulars, reports, newsletters, photographs, documents and website content remain the property of GSISOA unless otherwise indicated.
Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.
Disclaimer
Information on the website is intended for general communication and informational purposes.
Official decisions shall be governed by resolutions, minutes, notifications and circulars issued by competent authorities of the Association.
Limitation of Liability
GSISOA shall not be liable for:
